  • Freedom Pass : Ideal to carry out your own combination of activities, with the Tenerife Pass to Measure you can book the experiences that you like.

If you book 2 experiences you will have a 5% discount. When booking 3, 7% and when booking 4, 10%. The more reservations, the more discount you will have! With Tenerife Pass to Measure you save money and gain experiences. You can not ask for more!

Book as soon as possible to guarantee places in the activities, especially during the summer and holidays. * To book the Tenerife Family Pass , Adventure Pass and Full Pass cards, you just have to choose the one / s you prefer and indicate the people (adults, children and babies) who will have the card, as well as whether or not they have a Canary Resident discount. For certain card activities, we also need you to specify the day and time you are going to attend. Finally, click on the reserve button and follow the instructions that we will detail. * To contract the activities in the Tenerife Freedom Pass, you only have to select the activities you want, indicate the number of adults and children that you are going to do each of them and if they have a Canary Resident discount . Lastly, choose the language, date and time of the experience if necessary. Remember that you can book only one activity or several at a time. Once you have finished selecting all your activities, go to the cart and select “Pay”. The discount corresponding to the number of experiences you have selected will automatically be applied. From there, follow the steps that we indicate. It is very easy and fast! * If you are only going to book a specific activity, fill in the required fields on the activity tab and click the book button. Continue filling in the fields that will appear on your screen.

The Tenerife Family Pass, Tenerife Adventure Pass,Tenerife Full Pass and Tenerife Freedom Pass are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Once you go to the first activity, you have a maximum of 15 days to complete all the experiences on the card. In the case of the Tenerife Pass Gift Card the duration is 12 months to carry out the entire set of selected activities

You will have to check, in the activities that require reserving a certain date, the calendar of days and hours available that appears on the activity page.

Most of our tours and activities offer a Spanish speaking guide or recorded commentary in this language. The rest of the languages offered by the supplier will be specified in the reservation form for each product.

Nuestra web ofrece un servicio de reserva de forma segura mediante pago con tarjeta: Visa, MasterCard o PayPal. It is not possible to make the payment at destination or to the guide directly. There is the possibility of booking in person and paying in cash at our office located in Tenerife. (Calle el Roque, 22 – 38330 Guamasa).

All our prices are published in euros. It will be your bank, if it allows it, who will make the conversion in your currency, when it comes to charging by international card.

Discounts are only made if indicated on the activity sheet.

In several of the activities indicated on our website, companies offer a discount for residents of the Canary Islands. Within the reservation form for each activity, you will find, if applicable, a section that will ask you to specify whether you are a resident or not. If you are, the discount will be applied automatically and in the final price you will see the correct amount to pay already with the discount. Very important! Remember that, at the time of carrying out the activity or experience, you must prove your Canarian residence by showing your current certificate together with your ID or NIE. These are issued in the municipalities of each population. If you do not have this certificate and you have a reservation with said discount, you will be denied access to the activity and you will not be entitled to any refund.

Once the purchase is complete, our system will send you an automatic email to the address you have provided. It indicates the card or voucher number and all the information related to the activity or activities you have booked.

The payment probably did not complete, so the service will not have been confirmed. Please check with your bank if any charges have been made. If so, quickly contact us to finalize your reservation or refund the amount charged. It is also possible that the email was misspelled or that it appears in your spam tray. Contact us to help you solve the problem.

Of course! You simply have to indicate the data of the person who will carry out the activity instead of yours. In the payment information, you must indicate your data so that the transaction is completed correctly.

We will send you an email with the Tenerife Pass card or the voucher for the experience (s) that you must print and present in each of the activities that you have selected.

The meeting point is detailed in each activity. You will find it in the reservation information email. If you hesitate once at the destination, you can contact us (with the local provider?) On the phone attached to the voucher.

Regular and private tours always leave on time and it is not possible to change the start time. If you arrive late, you risk losing your voucher and no refund will be given if you have not canceled the reservation within the deadlines established by the activity provider.

In general, activities are carried out normally throughout the year. If for extreme conditions the provider had to cancel the tour, an alternative date or immediate refund of the payment would be offered.

You can cancel your Tenerife Pass or experience card up to 48 hours before the start of the first activity. For this you must contact us by phone, chat or email …. The amount of the same will be refunded to the payment account of the card used in the reservation

Once the refund is requested, we will refund your money instantly and by the same way you have paid for your purchase (card or cash). Remember that if the rate is non-refundable, even if you cancel the reservation, you will not be entitled to any refund.
