If we look at a map of La Orotava we can see that it is the <span style=\"color: #109bc5;\"><strong>largest municipality on the island<\/strong>,<\/span> occupying 78% of the Teide National Park. The main artery that crosses the city is <span style=\"color: #109bc5;\"><strong>Avenida Obispo Ben\u00edtez de Lugo<\/strong>,<\/span> with a multitude of shops around it. It connects with Avenida Son Soledad Cobian and Avenida Emilio Luque Moreno, both of which also have <span style=\"color: #109bc5;\"><strong>an important commercial activity<\/strong>.<\/span> If we look at the historic centre on the map of La Orotava we can see its different <span style=\"color: #109bc5;\"><strong>points of interest,<\/strong><\/span> such as the Church of Nuestra Se\u00f1ora de la Concepci\u00f3n, the Municipal Library, the City Hall and its large square, the Liceo de Taoro, the Victoria Garden, the Casa de los Balcones, the Hijuela del Bot\u00e1nico, among others.  <\/p><p>As we have already mentioned, most <span style=\"color: #109bc5;\"><strong>of the Teide National Park<\/strong><\/span> is part of the municipality of La Orotava. Through the TF-21 road you can access Mount Teide by vehicle, a 35-kilometre route from the historic centre. If you look at the map of La Orotava you will quickly be able to identify this road, as it is characterized by its numerous curves. <span style=\"color: #109bc5;\"><strong>The views all along the way are breathtaking!<\/strong> <\/span>And from the mountains we go to the coast, where the three beaches of the municipality are located: <span style=\"color: #109bc5;\"><strong>Playa del Bollullo, Playa de los Patos and Playa El Anc\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/span> Have you already written down everything you have to see on your map of La Orotava ?
