href=\"https:\/\/www.tenerifepass.net\/en\/transport-in-tenerife\/\">public transport in Tenerife<\/a> is not an option if you intend to get to know the island!<\/p><p>With the exception perhaps of the metropolitan area of the island ( <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tenerifepass.net\/en\/santa-cruz-de-tenerife\/\">Santa Cruz<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tenerifepass.net\/en\/la-laguna\/\">La Laguna<\/a> area) where the tram option as well as the multiple options of buses will allow you to move without problems, outside this area things get very complicated.<\/p><p>The problem is not the price, which is also the case&#8230;. paying more than 13\u20ac for a journey from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tenerifepass.net\/en\/puerto-de-la-cruz\/\">Puerto de la Cruz<\/a> to the South airport seems savage! but the biggest problem is the unreliability of the established schedules and the infrequency of <a href=\"https:\/\/titsa.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the buses<\/a> on many routes&#8230;. While Cabify announced on its website for a while that it had a presence in Tenerife, Uber Tenerife was also shaking up social networks at some point, but the reality is that its operation was never really operational&#8230;. <\/p><p>They had to book their car a day in advance and a long list of obstacles that made the business unviable at an operational level. But perhaps it should be noted that the biggest problem that all the large VTC operators (Uber Tenerife or Cabify Tenerife for example) that have considered their arrival in the Canary Islands have had is the legislation in force in the archipelago.
