Bike rental in urban areas
Likewise, it should be noted that every year in the capital of the island bicycles are the protagonists of the street during the Bicycle Festival. This celebration takes place in an urban circuit and is designed for the enjoyment of the whole family. An event that was born in 1979 and has been maintained to this day, being held in the month of May.
The objective of the Bicycle Festival is to promote the use of bicycles and participation is completely free. In addition, it is a non-competitive event that starts on Avenida de Madrid (next to La Granja Park) and ends in the pedestrian area of the Vía Litoral. Take note for next year and don’t miss it!
In other areas of the island, especially in the south, you can also ride on your bike. Costa Adeje, Las Americas or Los Cristianos are some of the most popular places.
