At TENERIFE PASS we provide you with information so that, prior to filling in your personal data, you can access the Privacy Policy and any other relevant information on Data Protection.

- To subscribe to the TENERIFE PASS newsletter.
- To require any of the services and/or products we offer.

Specifically, and by way of example and not limitation, the aforementioned providers carry out their services in the following sectors: financial, logistics services, agencies, aerospace, fraud prevention, commercial communications, legal advice, multidisciplinary professional services companies, companies related to maintenance, technology service provider companies, physical security companies and call center service companies.Under no circumstances will your personal data be shared with third parties without obtaining your prior consent, unless the transfer of your data is necessary to maintain the relationship with you (this is the case of Airlines if you ask us to book a flight, Hotels to ensure that the requested reservation is made, Car rental companies to ensure that they book the car on the dates you are interested in, etc.). In these cases, we advise you to review the privacy policies of these companies to obtain more information about the processing they do with your data, as well as in the cases provided for by the data protection regulations in force at any given time.
VI. DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS
How can rights be exercised?
You can send a written communication to the registered office of TENERIFE PASS or to the email address legal@tenerifepass.net, including in both cases a photocopy of your DNI/NIE or other similar identification document, to request the exercise of the following rights:
- Right to request access to personal data: you can ask TENERIFE PASS if this company is processing your data.
- The right to request their rectification, or to the deletion of the same.
- Right to object to processing: TENERIFE PASS will stop processing the data in the way you indicate, unless for the exercise or defence of possible claims they have to continue to be processed.
- Right to data portability : in the event that you want your data to be processed by another entity, TENERIFE PASS will provide you with the portability of your data to the new controller.
- The right to request the limitation of their processing, in which case they will only be kept by TENERIFE PASS for the defence of possible claims.
- Possibility to withdraw consent: in the event that consent has been granted for a specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

How can you file a complaint with the Control Authority?
If a user considers that there is a problem with the way in which TENERIFE PASS is handling their data, they can direct their complaints to the Data Protection Officer or the corresponding data protection supervisory authority , the Spanish Data Protection Agency being the one indicated in the case of Spain.
