If you want to make diving in Tenerife, you can do it in a multitude of enclaves along the coast along the entire coastline. To begin with, we are going to recommend an equipment rental company for those of you who already have your certificate. Subsequently, the rest of the companies offer the realization of the activity in an organized way.
Blue Bottom Diving: with an excellent staff, including a dive computer. You will be taken to different locations where you can test your equipment and explore amazing seascapes.
Scubanana; this company offers dive training at all levels, including deep diving. They also have a wide variety of activities to do in Tenerife such as paragliding, kayaking and hiking. If you wish, you can combine several activities to get the most out of your vacation.
Buceo Rincón de Arona: based in Arona, this diving company offers excursions to several wrecks, underwater caves and tours to observe a great variety of marine species: from turtles to manta rays…. and much more! They offer diving baptisms, courses, outings and snorkeling.
Moanadiving: Located in Puerto Colon, they offer more than 15 trips with different routes for all kinds of tastes, as well as PADI diving courses to increase your diving experience, baptisms and boat trips.
Buceo Tenerife: offers a wide variety of excursions in multiple locations on the island along with the usual introductory courses and baptisms. You have at your disposal an equipment rental service and its own workshop based in Las Galletas.
Atlantik: departures in Puerto de La Cruz, they have routes from the beach, from a boat, night and introductory courses for adults and children. You can use the shuttle service offered from some points of the Port de la Cruz and Los Realejos.

Dive in Tenerife! It will be an experience you will never forget. The marvelous seabed of the island is unparalleled, as well as the great variety of fish. You will be able to take home beautiful photographs as souvenirs.
If you don’t know how to dive, don’t worry! The introductory courses are easy to understand. They are done in groups guided by professional instructors. Diving courses are also available for children, but they must be accompanied or authorized by a parent or legal guardian. The minimum age for the activity varies depending on the company you hire.
If you already know how to dive, rent your equipment and enjoy the tranquility of the waters of the Atlantic Ocean. As we mentioned before, always try to be accompanied when you go diving and have all your qualifications in order. There is no regulation on where you can and cannot dive in Tenerife (apart from inside commercial and private harbors), so enjoy the sea without worries following basic safety rules.
We recommend the months of August, September and October for your underwater activities because you will find fewer people doing the activity. Especially in the last two months mentioned above.
