What is the Tenerife Pass and how does it work?
Tenerife Pass is the tourist card that gives you access to the widest range of attractions in Tenerife.
You can conveniently book all kinds of activities online. If you are travelling with family, friends, your partner… There is a new adventure waiting for you! Get to know them all and choose the ones you like the most using the combinations of Tenerife Pass cards that we offer.

- Adventure Pass: Do you like adventure? This card is perfect for those who are not satisfied with just relaxing on the beach. You can’t even imagine everything you can do on the island! Kayaking, snorkelling, hiking, paragliding… Are you in?
- Full Pass: For those who don’t want to miss a thing, the Tenerife Full Pass offers access to the island’s 20 most popular attractions. The ones you should not miss and we highly recommend!

- Freedom Pass: Ideal for your own combination of activities, with the Tenerife Tailor-Made Pass you can book the experiences you like the most.
If you book 2 experiences you will have a 5% discount. When booking 3, 7% and when booking 4, 10%. The more bookings, the more discount you get! With Tenerife Tailor-made Pass you save money and gain in experiences. You can’t ask for more!
When and how to book the Tenerife Family Pass, Adventure Pass, and Freedom Pass cards?
Book as soon as possible to guarantee places in the activities, especially in the summer season, long weekends and holidays.
*To book the Tenerife Family Pass, Adventure Pass and Full Pass cards, you just have to choose the one or s you prefer and indicate the people (adults, children and babies) who will have the card, as well as whether or not they have a Canary Islands Resident discount.
For certain card activities, we also need you to specify the day and time you are going to attend. Finally, click on the book button and follow the instructions that we will detail for you.
*To book the activities in the Tenerife Freedom Pass, you just have to select the activities you want, tell us the number of adults and children who are going to do each of them and if they have a Canary Island Resident discount. Finally, choose the language, date and time of the experience if necessary.
Remember that you can book only one activity or several at a time. Once you have finished selecting all your activities, go to the cart and select “Subscribe”. The discount corresponding to the number of experiences you have selected will automatically be applied. From there, follow the steps we indicate. It’s very easy and fast!
*If you are only booking a specific activity, please fill in the required fields on the activity card and click on the book button. Continue filling in the fields that will appear on your screen.
How does the Tenerife Pass gift card work?
The perfect gift is one that makes us smile. Show your affection by giving incredible experiences with our Tenerife Pass card. Choose the balance you want to top up the gift card with. Whoever receives it as a gift, will only have to contact us and choose the activities they wish to do. You will have x months to use it. It’s the perfect gift for a birthday, an anniversary, as a wedding gift… You’re sure to get it right!
What is the duration of the different cards?
The Tenerife Family Pass, Tenerife Adventure Pass, Tenerife Full Pass and Tenerife Freedom Pass are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Once you attend the first activity, you have a maximum of 15 days to complete all the experiences on the card.
In the case of the Tenerife Pass Gift Card , the duration is 12 months to carry out the entire set of selected activities
How can I see the availability of activities?
You will have to check, in the activities that require booking a certain date, the calendar of available days and times that appears in the file of the same.
In which languages are the activities available?
Most of our tours and activities offer an English-speaking guide or recorded commentary in this language. The rest of the languages offered by the supplier will be specified in the booking card for each product.
How can I pay for my bookings?
Our website offers a secure booking service by card payment: Visa, MasterCard or PayPal.
It is not possible to make payment at the destination or to the guide directly. There is the possibility of booking in person and paying in cash at our office located in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. (Calle El Roque, 22 – Guamasa).
Can I pay with a visa other than the euro?
All our prices are published in euros. It will be your bank, if it allows it, that will make the conversion in your currency, when charging by international card.
Do you offer discounts for pensioners, children, people with reduced mobility or others?
Discounts are only made if indicated in the activity sheet.
Do we have discounts on activities for being Canarian residents?
In several of the activities indicated on our website, companies offer a discount for Canarian residents. Within the booking form of each activity, you will find, if applicable, a section that will ask you to specify whether you are a resident or not. If you are, the discount will be automatically applied and the final price will show you the correct amount to pay with the discount.
Very important! Remember that, at the time of carrying out the activity or experience, you must prove your Canarian residence by showing your valid certificate along with your DNI or NIE. These are issued in the town halls of each town. If you do not have such a certificate and have a booking with this discount, you will be denied access to the activity and you will not be entitled to a refund.
How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
Once the purchase is complete, our system will send you an automatic email to the address you have provided. It indicates the card or voucher number and all the information related to the activity or activities you have booked.
I think I have made the payment, but I have not received any confirmation. What should I do?
The payment was probably not completed so the service will not have been confirmed. Please check with your bank if any charges have been made. If so, contact us quickly so that we can finalize your reservation or refund the amount charged.
It is also possible that the email was written incorrectly or that it appears in your spam folder. Contact us to help you troubleshoot the issue.
Can I book for someone else?
Of course! You simply have to indicate the details of the person who will perform the activity instead of your own. In the payment information, you will need to provide your details for the transaction to be completed successfully.
What do I have to present when carrying out the activities I have booked?
We will send you an email with the Tenerife Pass card or the voucher for the experience(s) that you must print and present in each of the activities you have selected.
What is the meeting point of the activity?
The meeting point is detailed in each activity. You will find it in the reservation information email. If you have any doubts once at the destination, you can contact us (the local supplier?) on the telephone number attached to the voucher.
If I am late for the activity, will they wait for me?
Regular and private tours always depart on time and it is not possible to change the start time. If you arrive late, you risk losing your voucher and it would not give rise to any refund if you have not cancelled the booking within the deadlines set by the activity provider.
What happens if it rains or bad weather?
In general, activities are carried out normally throughout the year. If due to extreme conditions the supplier has to cancel the tour, an alternative date or immediate refund of the payment will be offered.
Can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your Tenerife Pass card or experience up to 48 hours before the start of the first activity. To do this, you must contact us by phone, chat or email…. The amount of the same will be refunded to the payment account of the card used in the reservation
How long does it take to refund my money in case the refund is accepted?
Once the refund is requested, we will refund the money instantly and by the same way you paid for your purchase (card or cash). Remember that if the rate is non-refundable, even if you cancel the reservation, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Are the companies that offer the different services or experiences on the Tenerife Pass website guaranteed?

Tenerife Pass reserves the right to remove a review for the following reasons:
-Use of obscene or discriminatory words.
