The town and port of Garachico are an essential visit during your holidays in Tenerife. When analyzing the map of Garachico we will easily identify a large avenue that runs parallel to the coast: Avenida Adolfo Suárez. If we access the municipality from the east side of the avenue, the first thing you will find is the marina and the Hermitage of San Roque. As you continue touring it, you will be able to appreciate other attractions such as the Wine Mutiny Monument, facing the sea and the Roque de Garachico. In the western part of Avenida Adolfo Suárez there are points of special interest for Garachico: the municipal swimming pool, the natural pools of El Caletón, the San Miguel Castle and, just before leaving the center of the municipality, the beach of Garachico.

On the other hand, strolling is how you can admire the true beauty of the historic center, perfectly preserved and with buildings of great value. As you can see on the map of Garachico, the old town is located a few meters from the sea and, in addition, it is where much of the charm of the town and many of the main tourist attractions are concentrated.
